Job Description
- Being the main responsible for a construction site process.
- Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate.
- Making sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract.
- Overseeing health & safety and quality control measures on the site.
- Ensuring that construction results meet project requirements & schedule.
- Managing site resources to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
- Liaising with subcontractors, clients, and other professional staff.
- Oversee Construction Personnel.
- Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.
- To assist Project Manager in the supervision and management of construction activities to the assigned project.
- Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors.
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed.
- Attend to Meetings with Owners to solve technical issues and other related matters.
- Provide Technical Support to other site team members.
- Making safety inspections to ensure site safety regulations are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proof of field/ Civil and Architecture previous work experience.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects is a must.
- Able to reallocate between sites and cities. (Giza, New Cairo, Elain Elsokhna.)
- Very organized person and have the ability to coordinate well with the technical office.
- Good understanding of the following: CAD software - Microsoft Office applications - Building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working in a team environment.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
