Job Description
- Answer all tourists requests by e-mails or phone.
- Arranging the program itinerary for the clients according to their travel request.
- Making quotations for all the packages and offers we send to the clients.
- Communicate with tourists and explain their program and any tours they may require.
- Opening new files and arrange for all their hotel bookings together with help of the Reservation Manager.
- Working in a team with all Tour Operators and Managers to achieve successful sales target.
- Follow up with the clients in case they have any issue during their trip.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in Tourism or Language.
- Minimum 2 year experience in the same position.
- Very good command of Spanish language "Speaking, Listening and Reading".
- Very good command of English language "Speaking, Listening and Reading".
- Ability to communicate and deal with people of all ages and different cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess a good personality and has the ability to work well in a team work.
