Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee on-site inspection activities at client yards and locations. The position requires a strong background in OCTG inspection, team leadership, and operations coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The supervisor will manage site operations from initiation through completion, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and HSE protocols.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the inspection team on site.
• Ensure compliance with scope of work, technical procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce HSE protocols across all inspection operations.
• Review inspection results and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Allocate tasks, manage manpower, and track productivity.
• Coordinate with clients, QA/QC departments, and operations management.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and incident reports.
• Train and mentor junior inspection staff.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports and timesheets.
• Conduct daily safety meetings (Toolbox Talks) and promptly address Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Oversee equipment calibration schedules, preventive maintenance, and manage logistics including employee accommodations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and actively support team development and training programs.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in tubular inspection or oilfield operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
• Valid NDT Level II certifications in UT, MT, PT, VT, and EMI.
• Strong knowledge of OCTG inspection standards (API 5CT, 5D, RP 7G-2, DS-1).
• Proven experience in leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and specialized inspection management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction.
