Job Description
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties.
- Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
- Advise on the procedures and financial management as well as developing policies.
- Handle the company transactions, debts and do cashflow forecasting.
- Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
- Fluent English language.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills.
