Job Description
- Follow up on the implementation of the planned security systems projects.
- Daily Monitoring and operating the different Security Systems in BU branches (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Fire Alarm, Electronic Gates, Bag Scanner and Vehicle Tracking) on a random basis to ensure that they are working well.
- Communicate with security personnel and ensure their presence in designated areas.
- Detect any irregularities through site tours and cameras; updating senior management for corrective actions.
- Communicate with suppliers in solving the technical issues and in collecting offers.
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room.
- Manage and respond to associated alarms of CCTV, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
- Print magnetic cards that give employees and visitors privileges to enter/move within the company.
- Prepare daily reports to the Group Protection & Control Department.
- Create summaries of threats and recommend proactive solutions including documenting and escalating risks to management.
- Revise Procedures and permits in BU’s branches for entry and exit for individuals and materials to ensure that it is in line with the policy.
Job Requirements
- A higher degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience as an IT Help Desk Rep. or similar.
- English Language proficiency (B2 - C2).
- Basic understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion and Networks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong personality; maintaining order and dealing with confrontation.
