Job Description

Title: HR Business Partner

Technical profile/  Your duties:

  • You will be a part of the management group
  • Managing all Human Resources activities including (Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Personnel, and Performance Management & OD).
  • Create and monitor the company’s yearly master plan in cooperation with the Executive Management Team. Plan, facilitate and execute the Performance Evaluation process in alignment with the Technical teams.
  • Responsible for creating and monitoring the Employee Relations & Personnel department’s budget.
  • Create the company’s HR policies, advise the business and the stakeholders with the relevant actions.
  • Receive inquiries and advise stakeholders with the best HR practices.
  • Ensure all Clients’ inquiries are being responded in regards to the employees’ vacations, logs and internal CrossWorkers’ system, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the proper on boarding process of the new hires takes place.
  • Responsible for offering the accepted candidates, maintaining the company’s compensation budget.
  • Review the company’s salaries annually and apply the needed raises, increases and adjustments, in cooperation of the department heads.
  • Create and maintain a wide range set of benefits to the company.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the development plans of the employees in coordination with the department heads, in regards to the technical and non-technical plans.
  • Create and ensure the company’s HR reporting system is being applied properly.
  • Monitors the addition and deletion of the employees’ social insurance. Ensure all needed quarterly, semiannual and annual reports are created and delivered.

About CrossWorkers

We are a Danish owned IT Offshore company with many years of experience within IT and IT Offshore/Nearshore in several countries.

We work with customers in Europe and in the GCC area, where we have long relations to our customers.

Our office is located in 5th settlement, New Cairo and hold International standard.

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for? 

  • You  are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration. 
  • HR Certificate/ Diploma from an accredited institution – is an addition.
  • Possess general programming skills & software development fundamentals.
  • A minimum of 5 Years of experience in related field.
  • You used to work in an international environment.
  • Eager to learn through different resources including self-education.
  • You see challenges and not problems and you attack them with creativity, initiative and determination.
  • Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European/GCC customers/companies is as a plus.
  • You are out-going with a strong personal drive, you enjoy working independently and motivated by the close collaboration with the management team.
  • You have integrity and empathy as well as excellent communication and facilitation competencies are key to succeed in the job.
  • Good management skills and cooperative personality.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Creative approach of problem solving.
  • Strategical use of Human resource management
  • Excellent business writing skills.
