- Analysis of customer calls, chat, social media verbatim
- Analysis of service requests to understand emerging issues and recurrent in-depth root cause investigations
- Data quality analysis for owners, tenants, and wider group customers.
- Analysis are conducted to allow easy auditing and replication, hence using statistical software with approved codes and following departments’ protocols to ensure data security
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience, passionate about data, insights and communication.
- Solid knowledge of at least one Statistical/Econometric software, with a preference for R, Python.
- Proven analytical and logical abilities.
- Ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Solid understanding of ETL applications, data pipelines, Oracle, Salesforce, BI tools.
Excellent oral and written communication
