Job Description
Business Development in Middle East, Experience in Medical Sector, Long Term Work together
He/She should have an Experience with the International community
1. Partners Relationships Management
- Develop and maintains stakeholder’s relationships to achieve the agreed-upon target and to ensure stakeholder’s retention and optimum satisfaction
- Prepares and follow up on technical and financial proposals, ensuring that the proposed programs match the partner's needs and are in line with the organization’s agreed pricing strategy
- Handles the partners' networking plan
- Develop and update CRM & documentation systems and respond to partnership requests
- Manage accounts through Constant follow up, sending updates and reporting on existing projects
2. Leads
- Searches selects and creates potential stakeholders’ database to increase business leads in the subject sector
- Formulates new business deals by conducting meetings, coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Contributes to developing, negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
3. Products and Services pitching
- Identify the relevant services to each partner and customize it to fit their needs
- Closing deals and signing partnership agreement
- Attend networking events
- Apply for grants/awards that fit the organization's goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Experience minimum 5 years
- Age between 25-40
- Speaking fluently Englishch, probably German
- Understanding of the ERP and CRM solution is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- at least 3 years of outdoor sales experience.
- Presentable
- Fluent in English
- Be capable of presenting and closing at Senior Management & CEO level
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
