Job Description

- The ideal candidate will have prior extensive experience in HR Management, with a thorough understanding of HR policy, procedures, and practices in Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Rewards, HR Information Systems, Personnel, and Conflict Management, with a great opportunity for developing and refining systems.
- We are eager to find an HR manager who is a team player, agile leader that easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.
- Overall Objectives of this Role
- Ensure proper alignment and execution of HR and employee standards/procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
- Administer staff recruitment and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Ensure that the onboarding process is up to date and of high quality.
- Maintain, track and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, transportation, and other personnel packages.
- Manage Performance Management cycle. Identify and recommend areas of improvement to fulfilling business targets as well as internal organizational standards and competencies.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR law and governmental requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
- Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
- Handle confidential matters with extreme discretion

- Working hours from 10 am to 7 pm. * 2 Day off (Friday&Saturday).

Job Requirements
- Experience in the same field at least 5 -10 years.
- Excellent proficiency in English Highly Presentable Flexible team-player and supportive to them at all times.
- The ideal person will be a natural multi-task, work well under deadlines Fast Learner and very good communication skills Computer skills
- BS Degree is must
