Job Description
- Provide the required hands-on software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
- Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time). Partner with leadership and technical leads to deliver solutions that meet engineering and business requirements
- Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead several technical programs for the Capiter Business, setting priorities for products and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine tuning the program as needed.
- Lead strategic alignment and technical delivery of company-wide initiatives in support of Capiter’s Platform
- Partner with all program stakeholders and lead execution from strategic objective to delivery
- Increase overall effectiveness of our platform organization by systematically identifying and solving root cause organizational and technological challenges discovered through the course of program delivery

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.
- Experience in software program management and/or engineering management.
- 5+ years as a Technical Program Management, engineering leader or related discipline
- Experience working with several different development methodologies and productivity tools
- Consistent track record of shipping products at scale, with broad customer impact
- Experience building or managing work on highly-available, scalable software products and services
- Proven ability to identify and resolve systemic issues in both software and people systems
- Interest and capacity to mentor teams and champion growth Preferred qualifications: • Experience in Software Engineering, Software Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Big Data and Analytics, or Cloud Networking.
- Experience in problem solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
