Job Description
✓ Enhance the Customer Experience for (online -Contact Center – B2B- Markert place)
✓ Analyze the sales channels, customer behavior, satisfaction, and pain points through observation, surveys, and feedback analysis
✓ Calculate and analyze customer complains to improve customer retention %
✓ Collaborate with stakeholders' operations, merchandising, and design teams to optimize the Online environment and customer journey
✓ Review the customer complaints and customer negative feedback from all channels
