A full-time secretary for a Contracting and engineering consultation company , At Salah Salem St., Cairo , Egypt .
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Scheduling , Task coordination and filing management

- Windows, office , E-mails , and internet well handling
- Well English writing and reading
