Job Description
- Manage performance of the project including management of contractual concerns, profits and losses, progress of work, quality and safety.
- Maintain project’s positive cash flow by directing and monitoring all billings, payables and budget control activities.
- Responsible for all correspondences with the client/owner including collecting Kahromika receivables from the client/owner.
- Ensure project quality and safety measures are implemented to the utmost level following Kahromika strategic objectives according to quality and safety manuals.
- Follow up on procurement and material activities and coordinate with the head office if needed.
- Ensure proper execution of contracts with the client, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors of civil engineering .
Experience:
- From 10 to 12 years in like this field.
Skills:
- Proven hands on experience in Project Management.
- Team Building & Time Management Skills.
- Result Oriented with strong decision making Skills.
- Budgeting & Cost Controlling Experience.
- Attention to details & multi tasking Skills.
- Experience in MS Office.
- Candidate must have working experience in Power Generation Boilers (650 MW), Pipes, Mechanical Planning.
