Job Description
- Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs.
- Supervising the daily repair & maintenance operations for building & equipment in a two-towers building: 34 floors & a shopping malls
- Studying tenants’ requirements for electrical & mechanical connections
- Handling new projects & renovation work for building
- Co-ordinate maintenance operations and flow of work among staff
- Trouble-shooting problems on building operating equipment.
- Applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong understanding of Auto Cad, Strong Project Management experience.
