Job Description
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns online and/ or offline.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marketing, and messaging and audience identification.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target clients through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, SMS campaign etc.).
- Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback.
- Forecasting as she must be able to deliver qualified leads to the sale department.
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience in the REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY is a must
- 2-3 years of Hands-on experience (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics)
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- 5th Settlement and nearby locations residents
- Very command in English
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercially aware and good business sense
- Creativity skills
