Architect To Join Our Design Management Team In The P-1 Area Of New Administrative Capital

General:

• I am a Chinese Architect from CSCEC. Sorry, I can't speak Arabic, we must talk in English, so, I need you to be really good at English. It's very important that you should be sunny, approachable, well-communicated and very careful. Such as this large project, you should have relative experience. Finally, I hope it's will be a win-win result for both of us by this project.

Work description :

• Provide helpful communication with site consultant, local engineer, subcontract, supplier, client.
• Provide technical knowledge (specification, code, materials...etc);
• Help to preview the shop drawings and accomplish the shop drawing submittal procedure.
• Managing a project design document review and verification;
• Provide necessary coordination advice between different trades;
• Provide a progress report to the design manager and attend scheduled meetings;
• Necessary site work next step, and very urgent partial modification for shop drawings.
