Job Description

Planning

  • Assist Business development manager in setting goals and objectives for EITESAL’s yearly services and capacity building programs
  • Participate with business development manager in developing yearly Services activities planning as per requirements and needs of members divisions
  • Suggesting new projects/services to be offered to members based on members needs research conducted by business development team that satisfies business needs and strategic direction of members divisions committee
  • Review and analyze divisions needs as suggested by business development team leader
  • Collaborate with marketing team leader and business development team leader to understand and act upon members feedback and satisfaction of projects services
  • Assist business development manager in breaking down approved Services activities plans into tasks and responsibilities in a conclusive plan of action
  • Collaborate with marketing department to market and sell new services and programs
  • Create EiTESAL Academy as virtual entity to be one of the main revenue streams.
  • Create partnerships with top notch institutions pursuing a new role for EiTESAL to be an accreditation body

Implementation

  • Manage and supervise the implementation of monthly plans by the team members
  • Reports plan implementation activities to business development manager on monthly basis
  • Participate in the development of digital marketing content for EiTESAL services activities in cooperation with marketing team leader.
  • Manage in cooperation with his/her team, the life cycle of assigned projects from start to end to ensure successful implementation and achievement of projects objectives
  • Supervise the implementation of projects and ensure the transparency & governance of the delivery process.
  • Responsible for preparing services updated content to be uploaded to service section on EITESAL portal.
  • Building qualified services providers database
  • Communicate with the services providers regularly to know new products and service and channel updated information to business development team leader for matching to divisional needs
  • Follow up and ensure the fast response for members complaints and/or inquiries regarding services offered by projects assigned
  • Coordinate with operation team to prepare of all required and needed elements and materials per Talent Development such as catering, materials, venue, etc.
  • Distribute tasks among her/ team to ensure maximum productivity and Talent Development & E-Consult services objectives attainment.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & engagement team leader for any surveys needed to search members needs & satisfaction.
  • Observe, in coordination with the Financial department the legal framework of providers contracts
  • Conduct regular visits to EiTESAL members in order to discover and work on their needs.

Staff Capacity Building

  • Train employees under his/her supervision aiming to their development and professionalism
  • Responsible for newly hired employee’s orientation
  • Gather and analyze Talent Development feedback for employees under his/her supervision regarding attended Talent Developments
  • Conduct Talent Development needs assessment for his/her team and issue Talent Development request to Business Development Manager
  • Conduct interviewing, examining, and testing new candidates and reports to the managing Director

Filing & Documentation

  • Coordinate with QA & internal control officers for maintaining and creating effective documentation system and related templates to ensure compliance with the procedures & processes manual.
  • Design methods to keep documents and files (digital and paper based) and personally supervise the process for keeping them online.

Evaluation

  • Conduct performance appraisal for team members under his/her supervision and reports to Business Development Manager
  • Explain the evaluation process to employees under his/her supervision
  • Conduct performance appraisal review with employees under his supervision to review and explain appraisal to employees
  • Ensure that the performance appraisal process is implement

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of IT industry & its needs.
  • Previous experience in Training and Consultation is Preferred.
  • Professional Microsoft Office user
  • Command of English & Arabic language
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
