Job Description
- Conduct the necessary day-to-day activities with minimal supervision to ensure continuity of work
- Understand & analyze the current situation (as-is) to determine the area of improvement
- Define Future State that will ensure business needs has been satisfied
- Define the solutions scope with the business capabilities that it will provide
- Identify and assess the risks of the proposed solutions
- Determine the main constrains, assumptions and dependencies of the solution scope
- Understand the regulation requirements and address their impact
- Define requirement elicitation & management approach
- Lead the stakeholder engagement during requirements elicitation & gathering
- Elicitate and capture requirements from all stakeholders
- Determine the stakeholders influence during the project
- Analyze, organize, specify and model the requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous
- Prototype the requirements using wireframe tools as a visual representation of the requirements and ensure their alignment with the defined UX standards
- Validate requirements with the business owner, business stakeholders and end users
- Verify requirement with the project team
- Manage requirements lifecycle including traceability, prioritization and approval for relevant stakeholders
- Document requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders
- Capture the non-functional aspects of the solution such as security, availability, support, etc.
- Evaluate the solution after its implementation to make sure that it meets the business requirements
- Follow-up on escalated cases/issues/questions of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Assist in the development of a service delivery plan, inclusive target state, roadmap, and expected business results
- Assist in the development and customization of enterprise solutions strategies and initiatives in line with delivery environment and industry best practices to ensure client’s detailed needs are meet
- Receive and escalate any issues and roadblocks as they occur and as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate cross-functionally to accomplish assigned tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information systems or related fields
- Relevant certification in a related discipline is preferred
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
