Job Description:

  • Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract.
  • Reviewing provided Contract, BOQ, Drawings and Specifications for the new Projects.
  • Receiving quotations from Vendors, and evaluating suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor’s technical & financial offers and checking compliance with the tender requirements.
  • Negotiating the technical and financial issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractor.
  • Prepare comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare the BOQ to receive the Dry Cost unit rates.
  • Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers & put estimating costs of by coordinating with vendors/subcontractors, offers evaluation, vendors/subcontractors negotiations and BOQ/Financial offer preparation to ensure lowest prices.
  • Finalizing the Commercial Offer including priced BOQ.
  • Responding to Post-Tender Clarification from clients.
  • Responsible for all purchasing and purchasing process within the company.
  • Responsible for all Electrical procurement process including service contracts with subcontractors.
  • Prepare Mechanical calculation for Electrical and light current systems.
  • Preparing the technical submittals, shop drawings and as built drawings.
  • Coordinating shop drawings with all necessary disciplines.
  • Performing and reviewing all quantity surveying tasks.
  • Producing and reviewing invoices related to all Electrical works.
  • Follow-up all projects activities according to time schedule of each project.

Job Requirements

  • Years of experience: 3 to 5 years.
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Reputable University.
  • Computer and Presentation Skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Using AutoCAD software, Electrical specialized software and Revit MEP.
  • Ability to work in teams and coordinate projects.
  • Knowledge in the selection of electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Very organized and have a Good planning experience.
  • Good budgeting experience.
  • Good Quality Control experience.
  • Time management skills and great ability to meet deadlines Energetic.
  • Fully aware of the purchasing and procurement process.
  • Excellent English language and managerial skills are essential.
