Job Description
- Handle CTC day to day tasks (rooms reservations, food & bev, scheduling, material preparation, ... etc)
- Prepare workflow using company systems
- Proper archiving of paper work (customer orders, payement, invoices, feedback, internal orders, payments to suppliers)
- Monthly reporting of CTC KPIs5
- Managing stock of giveaways and stationary
Job Requirements
- High institute or diploma (administrative)
- Fair English speaking and writing
- Good computer knowledge (office & windows)
- Customer Service oriented personality
- Presentable and good interpersonal skills
