Job Description

  • Handle CTC day to day tasks (rooms reservations, food & bev, scheduling, material preparation, ... etc)
  • Prepare workflow using company systems
  • Proper archiving of paper work (customer orders, payement, invoices, feedback, internal orders, payments to suppliers)
  • Monthly reporting of CTC KPIs5
  • Managing stock of giveaways and stationary

Job Requirements

  • High institute or diploma (administrative)
  • Fair English speaking and writing
  • Good computer knowledge (office & windows)
  • Customer Service oriented personality
  • Presentable and good interpersonal skills
