Job Description
- Finishing all of procedures at General Authority for financial supervision including approval of financing leasing contracts.
- Finishing all procedures at Egyptian stock market & Misr for interval Clearing , Depository & Registry (M.C.D.R).
- Finishing all proceedings before the General Authority for Investment & free zones.
- Certification and authentication the minutes of board of directors and general assemblies.
- Authentication of amendment contracts and establishment contracts of companies.
- Drafting all kinds of contracts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Of Law, Grade : Good at least.
- English Language proficiency " preferable ".
- Experience in dealing with General authority for investment and free zones.
- Previous experience in dealing with the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority.
- Previous experience in dealing with Egyptian stock market & Misr for interval Clearing , Depository & Registry.
