Job Description
- To Answer phone calls and book appointments for a medical center.
- Answer messages on social media and online regarding appointments and general question.
- 8 hour shifts, 6 days a week

Job Requirements
- Previous customer care experience at least 1 year
- Polite and patience while answering phone calls, and responding to questions
- خبرة علي الاقل سنة في مجال خدمة العملاء.
- اجادة الرد علي العملاء و حسن التصرف.
