Job Description

  • Gather, maintain, and file all data and records relative to the distribution center operations
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and re-route inquiries to appropriate staff
  • Maintain files and documentation in an orderly manner
  • Accurately documents and summarizes interactions with internal and external customers for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Copy, scan and store documents
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Create templates for future use
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
  • Prepare reports as needed and requested from the line manager
  • Provide administrative work for all projects
  • Performs general administrative tasks such as handling incoming calls, sorting and routing mail, email follow up, invoices, printing and running reports, organizing and creating systems for office files, and document preparation (e.g. scanning, organizing, printing, copying.)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Commerce or any relevant field.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
