Job Description

  • Prepare weekly schedules and work assignments for Fitness Trainers.
  • Ensure that the customers are given high-quality services and assistance when needed.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining workout programs.
  • Ensure the gym facility is maintained clean and safe.
  • Ensure that gym equipment is kept in good working condition.
  • Monitor the initial workouts of new customers and provide feedback.
  • Implement customer suggestions and recommendations to optimize training program.
  • Offer various fitness programs to suit customer’s specific needs.
  • Ensure that the staff follows all the procedures and policies.
  • Organize meetings for the staff for professional growth.
  • Resolve issues and complaints from customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management is preferred.
  • CFT.
  • PT.
  • knowledge of exercise equipment and fitness planning.
  • Physically fit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong business background.
  • Proven experience in the fitness field.
