Job Description

  • Writing e-mails, letters, reports and confidential documents as assigned
  • Maintaining an organized general filing system of records.
  • Submitting timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Coordination for travel including flights booking, hotels, prepares itineraries; maintains travel vouchers, records, and visa application & ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for travel arrangements.
  • Attending meetings with Managing director and Chairman for MOM
  • Responsible for all documents need to be signed by the CEO and ensures their delivery to the concerned parties.
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organising company events or conferences
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of company staff
  • Managing office budgets
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Delegating tasks to junior employees
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Using a range of software packages
  • Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.
  • Recruiting, training and developing staff
  • Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • Pensions and benefits administration
  • Approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • Organising staff training sessions and activities
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
  • Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English is a must
  • 4-6 years of experience in relevant job
  • Maadi residence is preferable
  • Commercial awareness
  • Effective organizational, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Numerical skills
