Job Description
Reports to: CEO
Accountability:
- Manage, plan and Organize all operations for after Sales including ( customer services, product maintenance services, and installation services )
- establish maintenance centers affiliated to the company and also source, negotiate and contract with subcontractors for service and maintenance to serve the company’s customers in all Egypt
- Manage all operations in Call Centers and communication with and from customers (requests for product Installation or Maintenance & Maintenance problems)
- Ability to manage the workshops and the main maintenance Center in the company
- And put operating system and work plans for Central Maintenance Department and central maintenance operations
- Ability to manage the team of (Engineers and Technicians ) which in charge of Customer services
- Set-up the following and Monitoring systems for efficiency performance department and operations of after-sales and maintenance
- Ability to create and Manage Modern and Advances Programs such as Call center programs and Short Number and CRM Program for Customer relationship Manager
- Ability to achieve the Economic objectives for the Maintenance Department
- Ability to hire all technicians and Human resources requirements for after Sales Department and train him professionally and Behaviorally to present the highest service to the customer according to the highest standard
- Access to the highest efficiency of service reach to the highest level of satisfaction
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- CRM Certificate is preferable
- Min 10 yrs experience with the relevant concept.
- Very Good command of the English language spoken and written.
- Computer literacy,
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Excellent organization skills and well disciplined.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
