Job Description
- Renewing the rental contracts for the Branches and the Head Office and initiating new agreements and contracts.
- Outsourcing Cleaning & Security services, reviewing the outsources contracts & Provide recommendations in order to guarantee quality.
- Allocation of Security & Cleaning staff as per premises needs
- Managing company's purchasing items such as (Supplies, Assets & stationaries), negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
- Conducts cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, and cost-utility analyses
- Ensuring the general maintenance and running of the company premises and equipment.
- Management of the company’s vehicles by ensuring that all vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
- Organize regular service schedules for vehicles, maintain service schedule files and ensure major repairs and are done in a timely manner.
- Passionately communicate with different departments to ensure achieving pre-set objectives and resolving escalated problems.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience at management high level
- V.good English language proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- Experience in related fields, such as management or financial reporting, is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
