Job Description
Main Duties:
- Monitoring the implementation of project plan.
- Provide updates or adjustments to the Project Plan when necessary to ensure the project continues to meet the Key deliverables defined at the start of the Project.
- Preparing MS Projects plan for all opened projects.
- Provide a professional training for all project coordinator and admin.
- Oversee the work of associates assigned to the project team for specific task assignments.
- Ensure each project is implemented successfully.
- Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials.
- Develop reports and other deliverables as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers and assist them with issues or concerns.
- Follow up of internal and external correspondences.
- On site travel to provide expertise and care to key customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Good understanding of business know-how.
- Strong knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft SQL.
- Able to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks.
- Strong Computer background, networks and technical ability.
- Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Products especially MS Project Server & Presentation tools.
