Job Description

Role Summary:Drives operational execution and achievement of growth objectives in a region, and accurate forecasting and post mortem. Drive Sales force effectiveness in the field (renewal campaigns, end of life campaigns, win back strategies) and manage Inside Sales Specialists. Provides operational leadership support to Service Sales Manager on strategies deployment, training requirements, utilization and optimization of resources.
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive SII IBOW process in the region and manage overall data quality
  • Follow up Service Sales results versus VCP targets and specific campaigns incentives
  • Work with Commercial teams to provide them with the tools needed to achieve or exceed OP for services (Revenue, Price, Capture Rate by product, IB retention)
  • Drive QMI and RRU (Region Roll Up) in the region
  • Drive and track revenue for the region as well as capture rate and revenues by product for PMS and for non-contract, and O&U
  • Develop and drive service sales process to optimize the performance of the sales force (SFE)
  • Identify training needs and competency model of the field service sales teams
  • Prioritize tasks and accounts between the different service sales channels (inside sales, service account leaders and product service sales specialists) to support the product P&Ls
  • Support Region Services Sales Manager in their daily operations (revenues forecasting, tracking VOP, inputs for the VCP plans)
  • Design processes and tools to improve the predictability of the business
  • Support strong growth through process simplification and customer focus
  • Communicates effectively with equipment sales, services, and marketing colleagues to maximise all sales potential
  • Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, the Quality Policy and documented processes
  • Promptly escalate any quality or integrity issue
  • Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory EHS training
  • Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up
  • Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections
  • Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action a required
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Major in trade/Finance or related or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • 3+ years related working experience
  • Excellent communication skill exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
  • Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines
  • Excellent English capability in both spoken and written
