Job Description
- Provides office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness for other employees
- Receives, directs and relays telephone messages and fax messages
- Directs the visitors to the appropriate staff member
- Receives and delivers the mail
- Opens and date stamps all general correspondence
- Maintains the general filing system and files all correspondence
- Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provides word-processing and secretarial support
- Performs clerical duties
- Answers all incoming calls and handles caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Re-directs calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Greets, assists and/or directs visitors to the relevant employee
- Assists the Management and other staff as requested
- Performs other related duties as required
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- Very good English.
- Very good with Word & Excel.
