Job Description
- Receiving new orders place by clients and forwarding orders to the relevant overseas office and monitor accordingly.
- Obtaining shipment readiness details and planned schedule details from origin offices.
- Following up and confirm that schedule details are unchanged.
- Following up with the client or the company overseas office and obtain the shipping documentation in order to process customs clearance:
- Completed and Signed clearing instruction
- Any certificates required e.g. certificate of origin, state veterinary; EUR1 etc.
- Processing and submission of documents for handover clients brokerage agents.
- Arranging delivery of cargo and following up with transporters for PODs
Job Requirements
- His/her must have at least 4 years experience at international freight forwarder company
- Excellent English language is must candidate required with excellent computer skills.
- To be able to work in a team. Multi-tasking. Required with excellent communication & negotiations skills
