Job Description:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service specialist with excellent Communication skills who will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. She\he must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer inquiries and handling collection calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Create accounts for new merchants.
  • Create subscriptions.
  • Create advertisements and relevant content.
  • Create websites based on Storat Websites Solution.
  • Coordinate with Graphics Designers required graphics for ad creations.
  • Follow-up on content update and expired advertisement that require an extension.
  • Assist in conducting trial and proof of concepts

Job Requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a customer service role.
  • Good knowledge of Computer technologies and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • International Call center experience will be an added advantage
