Job Description

  • Team Management (Product Managers), Developing skills and know how to staff within the Business Unit passing their experience, Guidance and support
  • Manage channels to achieve sales quota and Distribution targets including (partner recruitment, partners developments, and marketing activities)
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Vendor Relation (Strategically), Assessment of existing Vendors performance addressing weak areas and planning growth in other areas.
  • Annual Budget plan & drive P/L of Business Unit
  • Open new lines of business with Vendors.

Job Requirements

  • Must be Visionary
  • Extensive sales experience in the IT market sector.
  • Sufficient knowledge of Software Technology solutions.
  • Be able to identify gaps in the market
  • Be able to differentiate significantly from competitors (Not on price – high margin expectation)
  • Thoroughly understand and live the sales cycle
  • Thorough understanding of business plans and goals of the company.
  • Ability to execute on strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • 10 years' experience in Business Development ,minimum 5 years' in Senior Management
  • Preferred- Products knowledge, Marketing Knowledge, previous experience with distributor
