Job Description
- Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points.
- Drive client retention, renewals, up-sells and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the creation team on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or Ads, trafficking.
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
