Job Duties:
- Communications with overseas suppliers
- Processing the purchase orders
- Following up for the proper shipping documents
- Communicating and Negotiating with freight forwarders for freight
- To ensure the on time arrival of the materials
- Tracking the shipments till the arrival
- Following up the customs clearance process completely
- Coordinating with the warehouse team to receive the materials
- Updating the sales department with all the necessary information about the materials
- Coordinating with the accounts department for the costing of the shipments
- Ensure to avoid all unnecessary cost, demurrage and detention charges
- Complying with the customs regulations perfectly

- English Fluency is a Must
- Female
- 0-2 Years Experience
- Knowledge of Logistics, shipping and Inco-Terms
- AAST Graduates (are proffered) With No experience
