Job Description
The team leader will manage our development team and provide effective guidance. He will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentor ship and guidance to the team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity and provide any training that team members need.
- Help software architects to design solutions to support growing business needs while thoroughly considering the system impact
- 25-50% hands-on development
- Contribute in change control policies, software builds, deployment strategies, code reviews and software recommendations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline.
- Proven experience of leading a team of software Engineers including performance, development and disciplinary issues.
- Proven experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication.
- Proven experience in using management tools like Jira and Trello.
- Proven experience working in an agile environment.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and security.
- Has strong technical background in full stack development as well as development for mobile platforms.
- Has Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus.
