Job Description
- Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.
- Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
- Consistently analyze the market dynamics, the competitors, and proposing /setting the plans of the promotion accordingly in coordination with the Sales Team
- Developing the seasonal promotion`s calendar & its related plans, and assuring its proper cascading down the line to the promotion`s team.
- Create weekly/monthly and quarterly social media platform plans based on marketing strategy.
- Creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
- Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
- Handling the enterprise advertising including brochures, flyers, print materials, outdoor advertising, organized events & press ads for the group, if needed.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly status reports.
- Manage and control marketing budget and deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget.
- Work closely with sales department for the achievement of business objectives to increase profit and meeting local budget and sales targets.
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Evaluating competitor’s Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a digital agency is a must
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Experience of digital marketing at Fashion Accessories Industry
- Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practice
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- E-Commerce Background is preferable
