Job Description

  • Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.
  • Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Consistently analyze the market dynamics, the competitors, and proposing /setting the plans of the promotion accordingly in coordination with the Sales Team
  • Developing the seasonal promotion`s calendar & its related plans, and assuring its proper cascading down the line to the promotion`s team.
  • Create weekly/monthly and quarterly social media platform plans based on marketing strategy.
  • Creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
  • Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
  • Handling the enterprise advertising including brochures, flyers, print materials, outdoor advertising, organized events & press ads for the group, if needed.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Manage and control marketing budget and deliver marketing activities within the agreed budget.
  • Work closely with sales department for the achievement of business objectives to increase profit and meeting local budget and sales targets.
  • Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
  • Evaluating competitor’s Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience at a digital agency is a must
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Experience of digital marketing at Fashion Accessories Industry
  • Knowledge of current online marketing trends and best practice
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • E-Commerce Background is preferable
