Job Description
- Professionally manage the company service agreements
- Supervise and responsible for all service staff (cleaning, kitchen, etc)
- Provide all necessary office and equipment supplies by identify the office and maintenance needs.
- Responsible for building maintenance by providing all required electrical tools and accessories.
- Professionally manage all assents and property contracts
- Responsible for company cars, license, renewal, and insurance
- Take all necessary actions for the depreciated assets
- Supervise and manage the drivers and the logistics' operations and schedule
- Responsible for office and kitchen supplies procurement
- Manage the equipment and kitchen inventory
- Perform periodic/ daily check of all office and service rooms to ensure the optimum running and take necessary actions to recover potential deficiencies.
- Save cost by establishing qualified suppliers' database and negotiate prices
- Assist in office setup by providing quality office furniture
- Follow policies and procedures in handling company resources and assets
- Prepare weekly reports to identify supplies needs and to evaluate service performance levels.
- Train and cosh subordinates by providing all the required tools and information
- Responsible for the administrative affairs of subordinates, prepare to leave plan to maintain a smooth workflow
- Evaluate subordinates and encourage good performance to create a healthy work environment
- Perform all relevant tasks when required
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent language and communication skills
