Job Description
You will be assigned on commercial projects (Bank Branches/Retail Shops). Your main responsibilities are;
- Producing working shop-drawings for consultant approval and site construction.
- Producing As-built drawings
- Performing all Quantity Surveying tasks for commercial projects (including detailed quantity take off sheets)
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines involved in the project (electromechanical works)
- Attending meeting with clients and consultants on-site to review progress and provide necessary amendments to projects.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Finishing Works & Construction is a must
- Previous experience in technical office & site supervision in Egypt
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Autocad
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
