Job Description

  • Dealing and managing development contracts with different governmental Authorities such as (IDA- Industrial development Authority, SCZone- Suez Canal Economic Zone), NUCA- New Urban communities Authority ....).
  • In coordination with Legal department, Preparing and different kind of contracts between developer and investors either for plots or for ready SMEs.
  • In coordination with project manager and consultant, preparing masterplan, concept design, detailed design, and tender package for the infrastructure of new industrial parks, to be always in line with Authorities planning and design conditions.
  • In coordination with Marketing and sales department, preparing sales and marketing plans as part of general development plan of the industrial parks.
  • Responsible for the management of the projects, as directed by the Deputy general manager.
  • Responsible for engineering, scheduling, commercial relation aspect of the projects and in conjunction with project’s quality and safety requirements.
  • Responsible for the organization and coordination of construction activities in accordance with construction schedule while constantly monitoring the status of construction and quality services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • PMP Certificate
  • previous experience in the same position in well known companies
