Job Description
Sales Manager is needed for an ( Online Hotels booking System) Tourism Company.
- Responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales leads and potential clients, designing and implementing strategic sales tactic that expand company's customer base and insures it's strong presence.
- Responsible for maximizing sales revenue potential, crafting sales plan and justifying those plans to the upper management.
- Following up on existing agents and maximizing their business
- Increase the number of agents
- Follow up with management and operation team on the feedback of client whether it is positive or negative, ensure that the management is well informed by client's experience, to take step accordingly .
- Build and promote strong long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present Sales, revenue, and Calls (visit/calls ) reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Job Requirements
