Job Description
- Complete designing the product as per the customer specification and design Know How.
- Responding to the customer inquiries through sales department.
- Provide technical support in electrical developments and the clarifications of suppliers and materials.
- Support in investigation of non-conforming issues.
- Support in technical issues and continuous improvement of manufacturing process.
- Support in root cause analysis and corrective actions activities.
- Preparing customer drawings and bill of Materials as per Customer Specification and project requirement.
- Supporting the sales, technical support, production and quality teams for any development or assistance needed.
- Coordinate with after-service teams for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and other site related issues.
- Prepare pricing and technical sheets for tenders and offers for products and maintenance services.
- Review the orders specs once receiving the sales order and confirming it before manufacturing process.
- Entering Technical Data in ERP System.
- Follow up with production and quality departments to ensure the quality of the released designs and its results.
- Prepare and release all electrical drawings and data according to the production plan and its working orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering
- Excellent user Auto CAD
- Very Good in English
- At Least 1 year of Experience in the product electrical design
