Job Description
- Following export clients shipments, loadings, forecast,etc.
- Responsible for bookings creations, rolling, merging, splitting, amendments & cancellations
- Checking vessels stuffing
- Replying on clients’ inquiries related to their shipments & fulfilling their requirements.
- Solving problems (related to shipments with all concerned parties)
- Approaching New Global accounts traffics & new key accounts.
- Rates negotiations with clients/HQ.
- Quotations issuance
- Monitoring customer accounts (Volumes/rates/current, lost & new traffics)
- Performing sales calls
- Providing data and reports
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English Lang/computer applications knowledge
- Strong communication & customer service skills to answer customers clearly
- Good organizational skills
