Job Description

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities; Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Plan approaches and pitches; Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion; Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and scheduled virtual meetings with representatives to assist in the sales process leading to increased sales within the territory.
  • Make proactive sales calls within an assigned region on a daily basis with existing representatives to strengthen relationships and find selling opportunities.
  • Identify and convert representatives into producing representatives.
  • Manage territory to meet production goals.
  • Create a referral leads list to recruit new representatives.

Job Requirements

  • At Least a Bachelor degree in Business administration.
  • 1 – 3 years of professional experience in management consulting, consumer research, strategic planning, or other data-driven functional areas.
  • Knowledge of MS office & English language is a must.
  • knowledge of the corporate health and wellness market.
