Job Description
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities; Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Plan approaches and pitches; Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion; Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Conduct ad-hoc and scheduled virtual meetings with representatives to assist in the sales process leading to increased sales within the territory.
- Make proactive sales calls within an assigned region on a daily basis with existing representatives to strengthen relationships and find selling opportunities.
- Identify and convert representatives into producing representatives.
- Manage territory to meet production goals.
- Create a referral leads list to recruit new representatives.

Job Requirements
- At Least a Bachelor degree in Business administration.
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience in management consulting, consumer research, strategic planning, or other data-driven functional areas.
- Knowledge of MS office & English language is a must.
- knowledge of the corporate health and wellness market.
