Job Description
- Responsible for dealing with the daily purchases of the company
- Selects products for purchase through cost analysis and item quality in conjunction with department heads.
- Determines the purchase method, such as direct purchase, quotations or bidding. Approve the RFQs as necessary.
- Prepares and reviews bids and negotiates contracts within budget and authority limits and specifies that legal supply requirements.
- Follow-up all purchases of the company including local and foreign purchases negotiation skills.
- Proposal to improve the existing procurement system that would improve supplier relations and reduce cost.
- Negotiate and approve contracts and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Direct continuous development of procurement processes in line with changing regulatory needs and market conditions
Job Requirements
- Has experience of not less than 5 years in dealing with major companies of household appliances and electrical in the contracting and direct purchase
- Fluent in English Good at negotiating and communicating with others
