Job Description
Our Microfinance Direct Sales Specialist do the following three things very well:
- Work on Daily Basis inbound and outbound Calls and identify strong micro and small businesses with need to invest and grow
- Perform financial analysis, identify credit and payment capacity of the business.
- Build their portfolio and ensure timely payments.
Job Requirements
- University degree
- Experience in Customer service / telesales / Direct Sales (1 year +)
- Good knowledge of Sales Skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office products (Word, Excel).
- Good English is extra
Working Hours Rotational Shifts
Morning Shift (9:00 AM : 17:00 PM)
Night Shift (14:00 PM : 21:00 pm )
