Job Description
- Developing and executing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing and new clients

- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
- Conduct Market Research to better identify our stakeholders and their needs, habits, and trends.
- Optimize our marketing automation through email (newsletter), content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns (online and offline) and track their success.
- Providing management with feedback on successes and areas needing improvements
Job Requirements
- Minimum work experience of 1-2 years in business development, marketing, or any relevant fields
- Aware of the media production industry and its trends
- High-level communication skills
- High proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
- Stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
