Job Description

  • Developing and executing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing and new clients
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Following up new business opportunities and sales leads
  • Setting up meetings and planning and preparing business proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Build and manage a rich content that attracts a qualified audience to
  • our products and services
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Conduct Market Research to better identify our stakeholders and their needs, habits, and trends.
  • Optimize our marketing automation through email (newsletter), content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns (online and offline) and track their success.
  • Providing management with feedback on successes and areas needing improvements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum work experience of 1-2 years in business development, marketing, or any relevant fields
  • Aware of the media production industry and its trends
  • High-level communication skills
  • High proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Conflict resolution
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
