Job Description
- Coordinate between performance management.
- Develop & Implement business strategies to ensure that all Department plans/activities aligned with business objectives/goals.
- Manage Day to day operations, follow up on business plans execution.
- Develop, implement and monitor the performance management system through assessing objectives.
- Handling Recruitment, Training, Compensation & benefits, Personnel, and employee relations
- Coordinate between the performance management, Strategic training, and promotion function to ensure the effective process to promote talented candidates.
- Develop Compensation and Benefits plans to ensure the quality of earning is achieved for the best attraction and retaining of the best caliber.
- Develop and Communicate all policies and procedures.
