Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the premises including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues.
  • Develop maintenance schedules, allocate the workload and enforce them among maintenance staff.
  • Manage the setup and take down of different events.
  • Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.
  • Carry out inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues.
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Inspect equipment and tools to determine when replacement is necessary
  • Monitor maintenance tools’ inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
  • Reviews bids for equipment and services received and make recommendations to the director of administrative services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 10+ years experience in same field.
  • 3 years of exp. in managerial level.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent working knowledge of maintenance, electrical and Civil Works.
  • Ability to perform Facility maintenance checks and investigations of Facility problems.
  • Good English, verbal / written communication
  • Ability to work well through others
  • Good computer skills
