- Design and develop training programs (in-house).
- Market available trainings to employees and provide necessary information about sessions.
- Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques.
- Design ,prepare and order educational aids and materials.
- Review after a month of completing the session on Quality Control Results.
- Design and execute orientation programs for operations.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
- Assign mentors and coaches to new operation members.
- Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.
- Train operation employees how to upsell products and services.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language skills
- Work experience 2-3 years in training career.
- The Ability to Measure and Assess Staff Training Needs.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding presentation and customer service skills
- A Passion for Continuous Learning.
- Innovative Thinking.
- Advanced research skills.
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- TOT certification.
- Call center background is a must.
